Description
The AEA A440 is a phantom-powered ribbon microphone based on the RCA 44BX design, featuring a custom German transformer and active electronics derived from AEA's TRP JFET preamp technology. It uses a hand-cut RCA ribbon element 1.8 microns thick and includes a bronze investment cast yoke with nickel and brass hardware. The microphone is brand new.
