Description
After Later Audio Waves is a hardware replica of the Mutable Instruments Ripples V2, an eight-HP analog filter module offering three modes: two-pole band-pass, two-pole low-pass, and four-pole low-pass. All modes support self-oscillation with a clean sine-wave output on the four-pole low-pass. The filter includes resonance loudness compensation that maintains output level as resonance increases and produces a rounded, liquid resonance character. The four-pole low-pass output feeds into a built-in VCA, making it suitable as a final stage in subtractive synthesis patches.
