Description
The AMS NEVE 2254/R is a mono limiter/compressor in 1U rack format that maintains the discrete Class A, transformer-coupled design of the original 1969 2254 model, including hand-wound transformers and matching components. It adds modern functionality including preset recall via Neve Total Recall software, adjustable fast attack time from 100µS to 2mS, and an enhanced signal presence LED that transitions from green to red as levels approach clipping.
