Description
The API 212L is a microphone preamplifier built on the same discrete circuit design found in classic API console input modules from the 1970s onward. It features continuously adjustable gain, a 5-segment LED VU meter, a -20 dB pad, and switchable 48V phantom power. The preamp incorporates API's 2520 op-amp, RE115K input, and AP-2623 output transformer, delivering a low noise floor and clip point above +28 dBm.
