Description
API The Channel Strip is a rackmount input module combining a 512c microphone preamplifier with mic/line/instrument switching, 527 multi-mode compressor with THRUST circuit, 550A three-band equalizer with switchable frequencies, and 325 line driver with output metering. Each processing section can be bypassed independently, and the compressor can be routed post-EQ via internal flip switch. The unit features a sidechain input, multiple insert points, and API 2520 transformers.
