The BAE 1023 is a mic preamp and EQ module featuring the same input stage as the 1073 model, paired with an expanded three-band equalizer. The mid and high sections offer additional frequency selections compared to the 1073, enabling overlap between the mid bell curve and the high and low shelves for enhanced tone-shaping control.
