Description
The Bastl Instruments Citadel Alchemist is a monophonic hybrid synthesizer module offering five synthesis modes—Filter, FM, Hypersine, Supersaw, and Glitchnoise—accessible via a Timbre sweep control. Two Pitch Mod inputs enable patch-programmable sequencing while respecting user-selected scales, and dual effects provide delay or chorus-flanger-distortion-combfilter processing for each mode. The module features a CV and Gate pattern generator with syncable LFO, TRS MIDI input, and bidirectional USB MIDI connectivity for DAW control and external device sequencing. A web-based app allows customization of rhythms and scales.
