Description
The CAD Audio C105 is a compact pencil-style condenser microphone with a cardioid pattern designed for capturing cymbals, hi-hats, and other instruments with detailed high-frequency content. Its wide frequency response and high sensitivity preserve cymbal overtones and fast transients, while the 134dB maximum SPL accommodates loud percussion sources. The streamlined body enables flexible positioning around drum kits, and the microphone is also suitable for acoustic guitar, strings, and overhead recording. Requires 12–52V DC phantom power.
