Description
The Chandler Limited Germ 500 MKII is a 500 Series preamp and DI featuring discrete Class A circuits built with germanium transistors and transformer-balanced connections. This updated version of the original Germ 500 uses the same transformers and amplifier blocks as Chandler's rack-mounted Germanium Preamp while incorporating an improved faceplate layout and updated power design for compatibility with current lunchbox and rack systems. The unit has been tested for compatibility with multiple 500 Series chassis including API, BAE, A-Designs, Purple, and Empirical Labs models.
