Description
The John Hardy M-1 is a two-channel studio microphone preamplifier featuring a Jensen JT-16-B input transformer and discrete 990 op-amp design with no capacitors in the signal path. The unit mounts in a 19-inch rack chassis and includes continuously variable gain adjustment via a two-section pot with HIGH GAIN switch selection. Optional Jensen output transformer and metering are available, and additional channels can be added later to the mainframe capacity.
