The Volca FM 2 is a 6-voice, 6-operator FM synthesizer featuring all 32 classic algorithms and full DX7 patch compatibility via SYS-EX. It includes a 16-step sequencer, arpeggiator, reverb and chorus effects, and MIDI velocity sensitivity across its expanded connectivity options. The unit runs on batteries or optional adapter with built-in speakers in a portable chassis.
