The Mellotron M4000D is a digital keyboard featuring 100 original Mellotron and Chamberlin sounds captured from first-generation tape libraries in 24-bit uncompressed audio. It includes a wooden keyboard with MIDI connectivity, dual TFT displays, balanced XLR outputs, and a furniture-grade cabinet with hinged lid. The instrument supports dual A/B banks for blending two tones simultaneously and is expandable via compact flash cards for an additional 100 archival sounds.
