Its transformerless circuit provides extended dynamic range and superior transient response, while a presence peak around 7 kHz combined with low-frequency roll-off defines its sonic character. The microphone includes a 10 dB attenuator pad and proximity-effect reduction switch, operates on 48V phantom power via XLR connector, and is available in black matte or satin nickel finish.
