The Millennia LOCi is a professional phonographic playback preamplifier for archival transfer and mastering of vinyl and shellac records. It provides selectable RIAA and legacy (78 RPM era) equalization curves plus corrective low/high compensation and filters, and supports both moving-magnet and moving-coil cartridges with user-selectable input loading. The signal path uses an all-discrete Class-A J-FET true-differential topology on a transformerless design with an included Lundahl moving-coil transformer option. It offers fixed- and variable-level, balanced and unbalanced outputs in a 2U rackmount, hand-machined aluminum chassis with worldwide mains operation.
