Description
The MA-37 is Mojave Audio's modern interpretation of the classic Sony C-37a, developed by Grammy Award-winning engineer David Royer. It features an EF86 tube, Lundahl transformer, and a custom capsule manufactured in California, with a switchable cardioid and omnidirectional polar pattern controlled by an adjustable acoustic chamber. The circuit uses a single-stage tube amplifier design, and high-pass filter options are selectable from the power supply at flat, 100Hz, or 200Hz.
