Description
The RODE NT-55 is a compact condenser microphone featuring a switchable three-position pad (0, -10dB, -20dB) and three-stage high-pass filter (off, 75Hz, 150Hz). It includes an interchangeable omnidirectional capsule and employs a 1/2" externally polarized design with active J-FET impedance conversion. The tight cardioid pattern suits acoustic instrument recording, drum overheads, cymbals, dialogue, and live performance applications. Finished in satin nickel, it's available individually or as an acoustically matched pair.
