Product details

Rupert Neve Designs 5059-S Satellite is the Shelford Edition version of the 5059 16 x 2+2 analog summing mixer in a 2U rackmount chassis. RND describes the 5059 as a 16-channel mixer with individual level, pan, insert and stereo-2 send controls, two stereo buses and master Silk/Texture controls based around +/-24 V Class-A topologies and custom transformers. It is intended for DAW-based hybrid mixing and can create two separate stem mixes from the same 16 inputs. Manufacturer and retailer pages specify DB-25 line inputs and insert send/return connections, XLR outputs for stereo buses 1 and 2, continuously variable Texture with Silk Red/Blue or Silk/Silk+ modes depending page wording, and always-active insert sends. RND performance data lists frequency response within +/-0.1 dB from 20 Hz to 20 kHz into 100 kohm, with response extending near DC to 185 kHz. Accessible pages did not expose a GTIN.
