The Solid State Logic Revival 4000 is a 1U analog channel strip that recreates the circuitry of early 1980s SSL 4000 consoles. It features a Jensen transformer mic preamp based on the E Series design, a de-esser with 10:1 ratio and 7 kHz sidechain filter, a Class A VCA compressor with gate/expander, and a four-band EQ with switchable circuit voicings. The unit includes balanced insert points, external sidechain input, and sidechain linking for flexible routing and stereo operation.
