Description
The Thermionic Culture Phoenix stereo compressor features valve-based soft knee compression with side chain filter controls operating below 150Hz or 300Hz per channel. It includes an HT standby switch for low-power operation to extend valve and capacitor lifespan, front-panel meter zero controls, and stereo linking capability that averages filter frequencies across channels. The unit can deliver transparent dynamic control or harmonic distortion and higher compression ratios when driven harder.
