Description
The Tubesteader Roy is a dual-channel tube preamp and overdrive pedal inspired by the Vox AC30 Top Boost. It features a 12AX7 tube operating at 260VDC, with independent gain and volume controls on each channel plus a dual-band tone stack with interactive treble and bass controls. A tone cut control allows fine-tuning of high frequencies. The pedal operates on 12V DC power and draws 350mA, functioning as either a standalone preamp or integrated into a signal chain.
