Description
The UT Twin48 is a tube condenser microphone that combines two classic microphone designs in a single instrument. It features an EF86 pentode vacuum tube in its amplifier stage and offers dual operating modes: 47 Mode (cardioid and omnidirectional patterns) and 48 Mode (cardioid and figure-eight patterns). Each cardioid mode produces distinct tonal characteristics, with 47 Cardioid delivering greater sensitivity and detail, while 48 Cardioid provides a warmer, more intimate response.
