Description
The UA Bock 187 is a large-diaphragm FET condenser microphone handmade in Santa Cruz, California. Designed by renowned mic engineer David Bock, it draws inspiration from the U87 design while incorporating a larger transformer, refined circuitry, and a "fat" mode that boosts frequencies between 10 Hz and 400 Hz for enhanced dynamic range and presence on vocals and guitars.
