Description
The Universal Audio SD-5 is a dynamic microphone with a supercardioid polar pattern designed for capturing kick drums and bass sources. It features high SPL handling and includes Hemisphere mic modeling technology that emulates the sound of classic dynamic microphones from Shure, Audix, and AKG. The included plug-in provides control over filter, proximity, and axis parameters and works with or without Universal Audio hardware. Built with all-metal construction, the SD-5 is suited for both studio and stage use.
