Description
The WA47jr is a fully discrete FET condenser microphone featuring a custom K47-style capsule with hole pattern and frequency response modeled on vintage designs. It offers three polar patterns and a low-noise signal path suitable for vocals, guitars, drums, piano, strings, and brass or woodwind instruments across studio, live, and broadcast settings. The microphone uses Toshiba FETs, Wima film capacitors, and Panasonic electrolytic capacitors in its circuit design.
