Description
The Warm Audio WA87-R2 is a condenser microphone featuring a nickel-plated brass body with a rounded head basket design. It offers three selectable polar patterns (cardioid, omni, figure-8), an 80Hz high-pass filter, and a switchable -10dB pad for handling loud sources. The microphone uses a custom-wound Cinemag USA output transformer and includes premium components such as a NOS Fairchild transistor and Wima capacitors.
