The Ibanez ES3 Echo Shifter is a compact delay pedal for guitar that offers both analog and digital delay modes. In analog mode it produces warm delays from 40ms to 600ms, while digital mode extends delay times up to 1500ms. It adds a modulation section with dedicated Depth and Speed controls, and a slider-style fader sets the delay time alongside a tap function. Holding the right footswitch engages an oscillation effect for shaping the delay's texture during performance, and an Inst/Line switch selects between instrument and line input levels.
