Description
The Neumann KM56 is considered the gold standard acoustic guitar microphone. It uses two nickel capsule mounted together and the famous Telefunken AC701K tube. This microphone is perfect. It has the original German Telefunken badge. Its completely tested and working perfectly in all three polar patterns. It sounds great, very quiet. The electronics have been recently serviced by the reputable The Mic Shop in Nashville. The capsules have been reskinned by Theirsch in Germany in the past, who is the only tech who knows how to do nickel reskins right. The body parts are in great shape.
The microphone comes with an original Neumann jewelry case for this model with different serial number. The case has some scuffs and stains but its still pretty solid. A modern Telefunken regulated power supply, cable, original shock mount, and a waterproof case are also included. This set is ready to be used in studio.
