The SQ-5 surface provides 16 local XLR mic preamps, two stereo line inputs, a 3.5 mm stereo input, 12 XLR outputs, 2 TRS outputs, AES digital output, a talkback input, 17 motorised faders across 6 layers, 16 channel-strip LCDs, 8 assignable SoftKeys, and a 7-inch colour touchscreen. Recording and computer integration include a 32x32 USB audio interface, SQ-Drive USB recording/playback, MIDI/DAW control, and SLink expansion for Allen & Heath remote I/O.
