The AMS Neve 1073LBEQ is a 500-series, three-band equalizer based on the 1073 inductor circuit. Its three cut-and-boost amplifiers are discrete Class A designs; the unit provides a 12 kHz high shelf, selectable mid peaking frequencies from 0.36 to 7.2 kHz, selectable low shelves from 35 to 220 Hz, and an 18 dB-per-octave high-pass filter. It can also use the audio-processing insert path of an adjacent 1073LB preamp module.
