Product details

The AMS NEVE 1084 is a mono preamp and DI module featuring a parametric EQ section with selectable Q types (narrow or wide), adjustable high shelf frequencies, Hi-Q mid-band control, and a low pass filter. It incorporates discrete class-A circuitry throughout, Marinair specification transformers on mic and line inputs, and dual transistor-based preamplifiers capable of delivering up to 80dB of microphone gain. The module includes a 180-degree phase flip switch, rear-mounted impedance selection (1.2kΩ and 300Ω), and stepped gain control via a 5dB Elma switch.
