The Antelope Audio A4-1B is an opto-valve compressor with a fully analog signal path featuring custom transformers and premium tubes. It includes high-pass, band-pass, and de-esser filter modes for vocal and instrument processing, plus an opto-cell detection system for compression control. The unit supports DAW integration through optional A4 software with VST3, AAX, and AU plugin support, along with motorized potentiometers for remote automation and preset management.
