Product details

The API 225L is a VCA-based compressor module with auto-makeup gain. It provides threshold control from +10 to -20 dBu, variable ratio from 1:1 to infinity, 1–25 ms attack, and 0.3–3 second release. The front panel selects OLD feedback or NEW feed-forward compression and hard or soft knee operation; the module uses API 2510 and 2520 op-amps and has transformer output to +28 dBu.
