Not for Skip it if you need aftertouch, motorized faders, or deep modular control — the Essential line is intentionally streamlined (look at the full KeyLab mk3 for aftertouch and more I/O). Also skip if 61 keys is more than your desk can hold; a 49-key variant exists.

Performance tools include Chord Play, Scale mode, an arpeggiator, and Hold. It integrates with major DAWs via custom scripts and MCU/HUI, and ships with Analog Lab V, Ableton Live Lite, UVI Model D, and Native Instruments The Gentleman. Connectivity covers USB-C bus power, MIDI out, and a sustain/expression/footswitch pedal input. This is the white finish.
