The AUDIX SCX25A-PS is a condenser microphone featuring a one-inch gold vapor capsule suspended in a machined brass ring to isolate it from the mic body. It delivers smooth, detailed response across 20 Hz to 20 kHz with excellent off-axis consistency and minimal proximity effect. The cardioid pattern allows blending of direct instrument or vocal sound with room ambience, and the microphone handles high sound pressure levels while rejecting ambient noise.
