Description
The Essence is a 500 series compressor featuring variable attack and release settings alongside intelligent auto modes. Its soft knee optical action employs a Lundahl input transformer, discrete Class-A signal path, and Lundahl output transformer for audio processing. The unit includes a side chain insert point for external equalization or keying, plus onboard side chain EQ to adjust compression sensitivity across the frequency spectrum.
