The Earthworks QTC50 is an omnidirectional condenser microphone engineered for capturing quieter sound sources including vocals, strings, and orchestral ensembles. Its low-noise design also performs well on drum overheads and close-miked wind and percussion instruments. The microphone employs Time Coherent Response technology to preserve accurate time-domain reproduction without phase smearing.
