Description
The Erica Synths Steampipe is an 8-voice polyphonic synthesizer developed in collaboration with 112dB.com that uses physical modeling rather than conventional oscillators to emulate wind and string instruments. It features detailed controls over modeling parameters and is optimized for wind MIDI controllers as well as standard MIDI keyboards. The instrument generates a wide range of sounds from organic instrument emulations to experimental timbres beyond conventional pitch and dynamic ranges.
