The HA73EQ JR features a transformer-coupled line preamp and Class A output stage alongside a 3-band equalizer derived from Heritage Audio's 1073 design. It includes Baxandall-type high and low shelves with a switchable high-frequency selector offering four frequency options, plus a dual-inductor midband section. The preamp offers +6 to -20dB gain range, and the unit incorporates internal +24V slow turn-on regulation for independent power handling.
