Description
The John Hardy M-1 is a four-channel studio microphone preamp housed in a 19-inch rack-mount chassis. It features a Jensen JT-16-B input transformer, discrete 990 op-amp design, and capacitor-free signal path. The unit includes two meter options and optional Jensen JT-11-BMQ output transformer, with continuously variable gain adjustment controlled by a HIGH GAIN switch across two overlapping ranges.
