Description
The SLAM Mastering is a mastering-focused compressor from Manley Labs featuring dual limiters with precision controls. The ELOP limiter offers ratios of 10:1, 5:1, 3:1, and 2:1, plus an AutoHF mode that transitions from 1.5:1 to 10:1 for high-frequency control. The FET limiter includes 50%, Normal, LP Lim, Both, and Clip modes, with detented half-dB steps built on sealed gold-contact switches. This unit removes microphone preamp inputs in favor of dedicated mode switches for each limiter.
