Description
The black Neumann KM 185 is a small-diaphragm condenser microphone with a frequency-independent hypercardioid pattern. Neumann specifies a 20 Hz–20 kHz response, 10 mV/Pa sensitivity, 15 dB-A self-noise, and 142 dB SPL maximum handling. It operates from 48 V phantom power through a three-pin XLR output; the supplied package includes a WNS 100 windscreen and SG 21 bk stand-mount swivel.
