Description
The Neumann KMR 81i MT is a shotgun microphone designed for film, video, and electronic news gathering applications where the microphone must remain out of frame. It combines a pressure gradient transducer with an interference tube to maintain consistent tonal balance as sound sources move within its acceptance angle, while rejecting off-axis sound without coloration. The microphone offers extremely low self-noise, good impulse response, and reduced sensitivity to wind and pop noise.
