The Neumann M 50 V Set is a hand-built reissue of the original M 50 microphone featuring a K 33 Ti small diaphragm capsule mounted in a 40 mm acrylic sphere for even diffuse field response. The tube-based circuit with BV11 output transformer delivers vintage warmth while the titanium diaphragm enhances durability. Its fixed omnidirectional pattern suits ensemble recording, Decca Tree configurations, and orchestral miking. The set includes the NM V auto-adapting power supply, 10 m cable, shockmount, and case.
