Description
The USM 69 i is a stereo condenser microphone featuring two independently operating dual-diaphragm capsules with gold-sputtered polyester film diaphragms. The upper capsule rotates 270 degrees against the lower one, allowing separate polar pattern selection for each capsule across five options: omnidirectional, cardioid, figure-8, and hypercardioid patterns. Designed for intensity stereo recording in XY and MS configurations, it produces excellent mono compatibility due to the capsules' close proximity. The microphone connects directly to any 48V phantom power source with no additional power supply required.
