In SCHOEPS naming, "L" denotes the detachable Lemo connector version and "g" the matte gray finish (nickel "ni" is the alternative); order number 121015 is the CCM 4 L, while 121016 is the CCM 4 K fixed-cable XLR-3M version. The cardioid pattern attenuates sound by 6 dB at 90 degrees and 20-30 dB at the rear, picking up 4.8 dB less diffuse sound than frontal sound. Frequency range is 40 Hz - 20,000 Hz, sensitivity 13 mV/Pa, equivalent noise 15 dB-A (24 dB CCIR), and signal-to-noise ratio 79 dB-A. Maximum SPL is 136 dB at 48 V phantom power and 128 dB at P12 (THD under 0.5%); an older CCM manual lists 132 dB.
