SCHOEPS specifies the CMC 6 as a transformer-free Class-A Colette amplifier with XLR-3M output, RFI Shield, P48/P12 phantom-power operation, 20 Hz-20 kHz amplifier range, 42 ohm output impedance, 116 mm length, 20 mm diameter and 60 g weight. The MK 4 capsule is SCHOEPS' cardioid Colette capsule with 40 Hz-26 kHz frequency range, 15 mV/Pa sensitivity, 14 dB A-weighted equivalent noise, 131 dB SPL maximum SPL with CMC 6, 22 mm length and 17 g weight per capsule.
