Description
The SPL Phonitor se is a headphone amplifier featuring the same audio amplification as SPL's larger Phonitor models. It includes a milled aluminum volume knob with an Alps RK27 potentiometer and delivers up to 2 x 5 watts of output power via a 6.35mm jack, capable of driving demanding headphones like magnetostats and electrostats. The Phonitor Matrix technology offers switchable crossfeed to simulate speaker listening through headphones, with adjustable crossfeed intensity and preset speaker angle parameters. Gold-plated RCA inputs are standard; an optional DAC768xs module adds USB, coaxial, and optical digital inputs.
