The Waldorf Iridium Core is a 12-voice polyphonic desktop synthesizer built on the full Waldorf Quantum/Iridium engine, combining wavetable, virtual analog, granular, kernel FM, and resonator synthesis modes. It features dual stereo filters, a 64-step sequencer, arpeggiator, advanced modulation matrix with six envelopes and LFOs, integrated effects, and a 1024×600 touchscreen. The unit supports MPE controllers, includes 1700+ presets and 2.6 GB of sample memory, and offers extensive connectivity including USB, MIDI, and CV I/O.
