Description
The CM12 S is a studio microphone featuring a CK12 capsule, Hiller T14/1 transformer, and 6072a vacuum tube designed to match the specifications and sonic character of the original AKG C12. The large-diaphragm side-address capsule uses a 1-inch dual-membrane design with 6-micron Mylar, delivering a flat midrange and presence peak around 10-12 kHz. The hand-brazed, nickel-plated grille and all mechanical components are engineered to the exact specifications of the vintage C12. Brand new condition.
