Product details

The Orange Fur Coat is a fuzz pedal with an adjustable octave-up effect for electric guitar, with a circuit loosely based on the 1970 Foxx Tone Machine. Four knobs set Volume, EQ, Octave, and Fuzz, and two footswitches independently activate the fuzz and the octave-up. It is Orange's only true-bypass pedal and runs on a 9V battery or a regulated 9-12V DC centre-negative supply, drawing 3 mA at 9V and 5 mA at 12V. A large status LED glows blue in fuzz mode and violet when the octave is engaged.
